Staff arrived on time and went immediately to work. Through out the day they kept me
up to date with what was happening which was appreciated...
the house looked amazing and when I had the inspection today the agent signed off in
15 minutes on a full bond return. I have forwarded your details on to them as they asked me alot
about who had done the clean as they are looking for a new cleaner to clean their properties.

I loved that the cleaners got straight in the house and started
cleaning, they were very organised and everyone knew their areas
to clean. The leader of the team even called to inform me that one
thing couldnt be cleaned, due to access.

The overall experience was excellent. The cleaners were prompt and
friendly. When I arrived back in the apartment they had forgotten to
clean the floor of the laundry, which they promplty rectified. I was
amazed at the job they did with the balcony as it had not be cleaned
in the 1.5 years we lived there and there was a lot of grime because
we are at a major intersection and near the freeway. (No other company
offered to do the balcony and their prices were not any cheaper - this
was actually why we decided to utilise your services.) We had an
inspection just as the cleaning finished and the property manager gave
it a thumbs up right away. Thank you for making the process easy - it
made the move into our first home a very pleasant one without the stress
of cleaning our apartment and worrying about our deposit. I would
definitely recommend your services. Well worth every penny!

the day so needed a new company ASAP. We called exit clean and they
were extremely helpful and was able to organise a cleaner out for the
